Rosella flowers grow in Australia. The flowers are handpicked and carefully selected for further use. After selection, the flowers are conserved with natural rainwater, cane sugar and a dash of natural lemon juice. No further additives are used which makes this product 100% natural. Preparation is easy: place a whole rosella flower in the bottom of a champagne flute, pour some of the red flavoured syrup in on top and fill up the glass with champagne. The beautiful, unfurled flower sits in the bottom of the glass in the champagne and syrup as it bubbles off, opening up the flower. The champagne transforms in colour from deep red at the bottom to pale pink at the top. The flowers have an extremely high vitamin-C and anti-oxidant content.
